The LMP mentors are upper-level business students paired with first-year students to provide guidance throughout their transition to college. They support freshmen in areas such as course selection, time management, and study strategies, while also helping them navigate the challenges of their first year. In turn, mentors develop valuable leadership and interpersonal skills through their involvement in the program.
